Many of our clients are over 40 and we have helped them regain their strength. From bad knees and backs - to recovering from cancer or major accidents - to the prevention of osteoporosis. We understand and we can help.

At Powerperformance_lab, we started out as a small personal training studio on a balcony with a mission to help individuals discover their strength. Over the years, we have grown into a full-service personalized training facility, but our commitment to our clients has never changed.
